Hi, I’m Cass - parent of two littles, health coach, and lover of freedom, confidence, and choosing health on my own terms.
After more than a decade as a Physical Therapist Assistant helping people regain their strength and movement, I realized I was always working with the “after.”
After the joint replacement.
After the arthritis became excruciating.
After the slipped disc turned into a spinal fusion.
I love helping people in those moments, but I couldn’t shake the question: What if I could help prevent the “after” altogether?
That’s when health coaching came into my life.
Now, I get to work with people in their “before.”
I help clients change their habits, reduce inflammation, and reclaim their energy, so they can move freely, play with their kids or grandkids, run freakin’ marathons, and avoid the diseases that once seemed inevitable.
Coaching has given me more than just a career - it’s given me purpose, accountability, and the power to change the trajectory of my own life.
I get to be fully present with my 2- and 5-year-old, and I get to give them the healthiest version of me.

Every week they’ll check in, not just on the scale, but on what’s working, what’s tough, and what wins you’re celebrating. And honestly? Knowing that call is coming makes it a whole lot easier to stay focused and on track.

Education
This is the piece of the program that focuses on getting your mind healthy. Because let’s be real, losing the weight is only half the battle. Keeping it off? That’s where the real work comes in. We want you set up for long-term success, and our educational tools are designed to do just that.
The journal-style guide helps you dig into your relationship with food, like how you respond when you’re stressed or when life gets messy and gives you strategies to overcome those triggers. That way, you’re not just losing weight, you’re building the skills to keep it off for good.
These tools will walk with you through every phase of your journey: weight loss, transition, and lifelong optimal health.

Nutrition
This is the part that gets your body healthy! Our plans make nutrition simple. You don’t have to overthink it, because it’s all laid out for you.
During the weight loss phase, you’ll have several small meals each day (we call them “fuelings”) plus a balanced meal you’ll make at home, and of course plenty of water (at least 64 oz).
The exact mix of fuelings and home-prepared meals will be tailored to you - your goals, your health, and your activity level. The fuelings are designed for simplicity and structure, everything your body needs, and nothing it doesn’t.
When you follow the plan your coach sets for you, your body enters a balanced state that leaves you feeling satisfied while teaching you healthy portion control - so you’re set up for success not just in weight loss, but long-term health.
